Depending on the assignment, we conduct original research,
supplemented by additional resources, including the

current records.
* Commercially available research database effectively used
to select critical information.
* An extensive, cross-referenced library of print material
covering the companies and markets we serve.
For each firm we research, the overall organization or
department structure is reviewed in order to identify the
relevant group(s) and isolate the key people, their
positions and responsibilities. With the initial research,
our associates implement a comprehensive calling program to:
* Identify knowledgeable sources who may not be candidates,
but who can provide insight into the market and the
strongest active professionals.
* Understand the competitive marketplace, including,
whenever possible, organizations' strategies and how their
teams are compensated.
* Most importantly, identify, qualify and pre-screen
prospective candidates. Appropriate candidates are
interviewed and thoroughly assessed.
